“You are enough.” Pasadena High School Students Leave Each Other Encouraging Notes After Saugus Shooting.

Being a teenager is hard; harder still when your sense of security is shattered by yet another mass shooting.

After two students were killed at Saugus High School on Thursday, Pasadena High School students began reaching out to each other with words of love and encouragement. Among the 2,000 post-it notes that were left on locker doors throughout the school on Friday were messages like “you can do it” and “you are enough.”

“We wanted to make sure everyone here felt welcomed and loved,” Allie Bodake, a sophomore at Pasadena High School told CBS 2. “And everyone really has. It’s amazing.”

Pasadena High is about 40 miles from where Thursday’s shooting took place.
