Gunman Prompts Lockdown at Mount San Jacinto College

Authorities have arrested a 25-year-old man who pointed a gun at a group of students at Mount San Jacinto College on Wednesday.

The Riverside County Sheriff’s Office says the suspect was apprehended at Los Angeles International Airport, where he was attempting to flee the country.

The incident prompted a lockdown at the college and other nearby schools, which lasted until 1:30 p.m. There were no injuries.
