
Ex-Saugus Principal Arrested on Fraud Charges
A former Saugus High School principal has been arrested on charges of embezzlement and perjury stemming from a Chinese student exchange fraud scheme.
Bill Bolde was taken into custody by members of the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Fraud and Cyber Division on Saturday morning.
Bolde served as the principal of Saugus High School from 2003 to 2017. Today, he is employed as the executive director of career services and management at the Master’s University, a Christian college that has seen its own share of controversy.
