Protesters Disrupt Pomona College Graduation Ceremony

Sunday’s graduation ceremony for Pomona College students was disrupted by pro-Palestinian protesters demanding an end to the war in Gaza and the severing of U.S.-Israel defense ties.

The ceremony was initially set to be held at Pomona College. It was moved to the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles after protesters set up an encampment on the Pomona College stage. Protesters then showed up at the Shrine, the Los Angeles Times reports

One person was arrested after reportedly trying to strike an officer.
